We provide ongoing advice and portfolio management services in addition to regular reporting.
Aga has 17 years of experience working in financial services gained in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. She works closely with the Investment Committee to create customised investment portfolios for private clients, trusts, and charities.
Aga has specific experience in looking after migrant investors and international assets. She is a subject matter expert on responsible investment. Aga also contributes to the overall strategy of Sage and is a shareholder in our Group company, Amplifi Group.
In her previous position, she was an Investment Adviser at Hobson Wealth Partners where she was responsible for providing investment advice and management of client portfolios.

She holds two masters degrees, MA in Scandinavian Studies and an MSc in European Economics. Aga is a Chartered Fellow of the UK Charted Institute for Securities and lnvestment (CISI).
Aga is a registered adviser with the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA).
Rebecca Thomas is a Board Director at Sage Wealth Management. Rebecca is the Founder and CEO of Mint Asset Management and the Founder and Director of Amplifi Group. She has a strong pedigree in funds management, with a career spanning 35 years', both in New Zealand and offshore.
She has been a Director and Chair of the AFRC (Audit Finance and Risk Committee) of KiwiRail Holding Limited, Chair of Gilligan Sheppard and an Associate member and AFRC Chair on the Board of the Financial Markets Authority from 2011-2016. She has also held several non-executive directorships for investment and property trusts, including Pathfinder Development Companies and LMI European Utilities Investment Trust Plc. Currently, Rebecca is a Director and Audit and Risk Committee Chair of Tainui Group Holdings Ltd.
Rebecca has completed examinations for the UK Institute of Investment Management and Research and the London Stock Exchange.
Simon is a Board Director at Sage Wealth management. Outside of Sage Wealth, he is the General Manager at Mint Asset Management which is another company under Amplifi Group.
He has more than 22 years' experience in the financial sector. Prior to working at Mint, Simon was based in London. The majority of his experience was gained at Aurum Funds Ltd, a Fund of Hedge Funds, and Henderson Global Investors where he worked on both the Equity and Fixed Income desks.
Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago.
At Mint, Simon’s role is to manage the operational requirements including portfolio analysis, portfolio compliance, record keeping and third party relationships.
